Description : Anybody know how?

:confused: anybody know where can i put the cd player and speaker on the X1? any gd recommendation? it seems like X1 have limited space to install al these... :weep:

so far i never see X1 wif sound system b4, but u can be the first.

 

if u dun mind using up ur box space, u can put the specker through ur box, then cd player can put under seat or in box.

 

up to ur imagination.

was thinkin of this idea, too... but, the space inside the seat is too shallow... if i put the cd player inside, i will have difficulty inserting the disc... muz go find out le... :weep:

eh i seen quite a number of X1 with sound system liao..

so far only seen one before

the speakers are mounted facing the front on the rear top box

i dont see much of wires so i assume the stereo unit is in the box

 

with this setup i reckon there's nothing much u can put in the box liao :cheeky:

 

actually there can be another place which might be able to fit the player...at the underseat there's a plastic tray kind of container...u can consider removing the tray then custom make a bracket to secure the player unit inside lor...

but pls do proper waterproofing cause i tink rain water might be able to splash onto the unit

Actually there is one more alternative...which is to mount e speakers n e cd player in e basket in between ur legs...after mounting..water proof e whole basket with some thick plastic cardboards which is flexible..after waterproofing it...make a leather protection ard e basket..thats wad i see on a X-1 OTR e other day!

Buy 2 speaker + 1 amp

 

Connect the amp to the batt .

 

Connect the speaker to the amp

 

Buy a 2/1 convertor cable connect the amp to a player of yr chioce, eg mp3 discman,

 

Cheap and not so high power usage.

 

I get the 2 sony speakers 80w, 1 sony amp 50w(Jap watt) and cable from simlim at $120 + $100 + $10

 

Then go to simlim tower carpark got 1 guy help mi to install my skipper. Charge mi $80 for wires, switch and labour. ( he said he also got help done up some cub before.) Dunno how he do.

 

But So far no problem with my system

 

When I want to listen to music. I just pull the cable out from my seat then plug into my mp3 player in my pocket.
