snapel... still remember my friend riding the red gsxr 1000 you saw at tampines bike wash...

 

while randomly surfing sbf a few minutes ago... I heard his bike start... so I went to my window to hear the music... he lit a cigarette, mounted onto his bike... looked left, looked right... then he downed the side stand and dismounted the bike...

 

LOL then he walked around to the right side of his bike and picked up the cigarette that he dropped... :cheeky:

if i were you, i wouldn't be posting that i am going at xxxkm/h on a 90km/h road on singapore expressway.

PIE certain part is 80km/h and 90km/h.

 

which means basically you maybe exceeding road speed limit by 20 or 30km/h

The penalties for speeding are as follow:

Fine of $150/- for light vehicle and $180 for heavy vehicle.

I understand your concern, but essentially there's hardly any weightage authorities can put on a forum post with regards to offences. Saying you did something is not the same as proof that you did it, especially if its said on an anonymous online forum. I could have just as easily posted that I went at 200 kmh but I hardly think any reasonable person would think that I actually did it or that my licence should be revoked and me thrown in jail.

 

Also, if you look through posts like those in news threads where people say things like "I'd like to beat him up/vandalise his car yada yada", can you say that they should be arrested for making threats? Or look through forums like samyboy, you'll see all sorts of things regarding sexual offences. Is that considered admission of intent to perform those acts?

especially where bombs are concerned...so those..u know new laws are introduced u may not aware of it.

 

one guy was actually arrested and charged in court for threatening a MP...when talking to feed back unit or something...ah..so think twice ah..

Uncle koh, laws with regard to terrorism are different, in singapore they're very paranoid over it. And the guy talking to the feedback unit is also different, he's present in person and obviously shows intent to carry out what he says. How do you prove intent of an online post if its not repeatedly stated or otherwise backed up? I could be just a fool with bigger balls than brains.

hey guys, came a cross this video on youtube posted by an ex ta150 rider. it is a tribute video of his ride, very nice. if im not wrong i saw a bike which resembles alot with madman's ex pinkphantom. is that madman from 0.52 to 0.57 of the video? i think the guy who posted this video should be one of the lao jiaos in PK? anyone know who he is?
