i want to install a cigarette lighter power socket on my wave (for gadgets). those who has done it before can share your experience or recommend a workshop who will install it?

 

i am hoping they can drill a hole into the plastic near the keyhole and install it there... TIA

how to tell the diff btw 4 pot n 6 pot calipers?

and what's the diff in performance?

i wont say performance. i'll just say... braking power. having a 6 pot on a cub is like motogp brakes. instant effect. that is, u still have to change ur masterpump uh for the best effect.

but if immediate braking power,scared that it'll be too much for the bike...and it'll skid/fishtail/buang.as it is i'm really cautious about the rear disc brake.

2 pot calipers for rear brakes is enuff, am using that on my bike now.

in jb, so far i've seen the 4 pot going between rm240-270. local no idea have yet to check

Im installing the caliper infront.......not rear so just like using the brembo kits that most of cubs using. Hhahhaah.....since i cant afford the brembo version.

If got time then fix laa....nw busy getting cash. Btw thrasher...whats your view for the front braking.....???

anyone knows at 50,000 km,what to service for?besides the eo,sparkplug etc..

my front braking like abit weak...takes quite a while to come to a stop and even then i need to depress the lever quite a abit.

 

does it mean i need to change brake hose?brake caliper?brake pad?

residue: 50000? how bout a fullservice? check ur valves. clean ur carb? change ur air filter? weak front brakes? change ur brakepad ah. want better braking use a larger disc.

if u thinking about 4 or 6 ports, try going to jb and ask for a double disc brake conversion. i think that's better. like those brakes on class 2a and 2 bikes with 2 disc brakes. i've seen it on a spark before and i believe that the braking is better and more balanced.

My friend just installed a brembo 16x18mm master cylinder and it is crazy braking, you need to do some modification to the fairing and simple brackets.

well... it is possible to do a double disc conversion, but i dont think you can get your odometer workin uh.
