i just wonder where the hell you guys get.. i mean you tell me to get it but where? scrapyard? shop? :(

 

Maybe you can ask your mech to get for you? Or try those spare parts shop that sells parts for bikes. Forgotten the name of the shop already.

Anyone here know if X1r and Spark carb same? Cause i looking to replace my SP carb for orginal x1r carb.

 

Should be the same i suppose. Spark and X1R are basically the same build except for the looks. Maybe you can ask around the experts like Mr. Thrasher. =)

get a r6 oem pump 16x18mm

good braking feel

bro how much u got ur r6 pump? btw the lever very big compare to normal 1 right? look funny anot or can change smaller 1..

me? expert? i beg to differ... i share what i know that can help anyone out there. ouh and yes, u can use a carb from a spark. its both the same mikuni vm22 carburetors with tps.

ok guys, wanna thank you all for helping me out, my rear brake is finally working!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i went bake to jb, talked to the mech, funny enough he said that the previous mech who did the bleeding did not know what he's doing.. hahaha.. he threw all the air out, solved the problem by changin to a bigger disc and ta da!! it bites man.. i think that the HEL brake line plays a big part too, so yea, ups for HEL..

Actually with all the air out of the brake pump your brake will be working very well but why you go change the bigger disc?

 

Btw, since you frequent JB so often, can help me buy parts from JB? LOL!

careful wor rear brake too strong will lead to accident too...

yeah man. but eventually u'll learn to counter the rear wheel locks when you brake too hard. den enjoy the powerslides for a lil bit and the feeling as if your nuts are danglin outta ur nose! hahaa dont mind me askin. which shop in jb u went?

because the previous disc, the calliper just wont dig in to it.. plus it was way cheaper if i were to do it here.. hehehhe.. buy parts for you? dude i'd rather go in WITH you then can go dating too hahahah.. joking2.. anyway i wont be going in cause im bankrupt now, plus with the accident, mc for 25 days means no pay for 25 days.. but what exactly are you looking for bro?

hahaha.. thanks for the advice.. well i always go to Hou Heng (beside ah boy) cause i find them to be not so busy as other shops and they are very friendly and most importantly honest..

Haha, mainly cosmetic accessories. Cause i find the prices in Singapore freaking ridiculous.

LOL, so you were the one that bought the calipers eh? Haha. Faster go fix and enjoy it. =)

 

If me i do in SG, i dont know why but personally i will stay away from JB for important parts like in your case braking systems.
