It isn't hard to create circuitry that is smart enough to blink both lights...so I'd say $20.

 

(installation, wire-cutting and rerouting fees not included )

it really depends on wat type of plug and play electrical circuit.

 

if got relay + fuse i would say at least $30

 

if just pure tapping of power source and connect to signals thru a flasher, i would say, $12

I don't think it's possible to come up with an universal plug & play hazard light kit because some modifications and customisation are necessary for different bikes.

 

Material costs for my Hazard Light is less than $10, and did not require cutting of the stock wiring.

 

Like in all DIYs, to make it work is cheap, to do it professionally is expensive.
