Interested to get 2 hyper evo2. Saw at HKL sites is 40 for 1 ? any other place to recommend? got disct?

 

brp,i just viewed the website.and its 60bucks.u sure they're selling for 40bucks? i also intend to buy,if its 40bucks! ah boy selling it at 55.

Been using MHR since 04...find them really comfortable & affortable.

Cheap and good.

think there's Evo II for several brands ...This one lah (see pic) as seen in the HKL website, but think their pricing is wrong leh, don't remember it being so cheap as $40 ...

Hyper evolution sure look more nice than Mfizz one.. summore cheaper by 15 bucks..

first. i must thumb up for this thread. I come to found this thread after come back from LAB. Went there suppose to buy a helmet, either too ex or too ugly. Initally plan to buy a flipable fullface. saw a brand, think is agv... first sale man quote me 350, another quote me 280. Price too inconsistent.

 

Then i decide to go home without buying. Then i saw this thread. Decide to give a try on MHR since it go the highest vote. I went to the recommended shop with is 219 lavendar street. Saw the shutter door is closed from far... luckily i stop and see their opening hour. Instead of they closed, they actually move to opp which is 280 Lavendar Street. I cross over.

 

Surprisingly that the shop is quite (maybe due to i go on weekday afternoon), The sale man very friendly (Not like LAB, hard to get one to talk.. able to get also give you the hurry hurry face). I and my girl tried almost all the helmet on display panel. The sale man patiently wait there and answer to me all the price. I bought the $25 matt type. After trying so many years of budget helmet. This is my first MHR, i can say that it's the best i ever worn. Some more only $25. even it worth $50 i also willing to pay because it's really very comfortable.

 

Thanks to this thread and i believe i will stay to MHR

hkl website shows mfizz evo2 as $60 and hyper evo2 as $40.

im sure mfizz evo2 costs this price, but anyone can confirm hyper evo2 price?

i somewhat agree with you .. how much your head is worth.. but if you are using for normal riding on the road definately need not get a high-end one.. of cos if you can afford it. why not? But if you are going for touring or track. then a good one is obviously a must! at high speed budget helmets just makes your head shake "uncontrollably"

i recently saw an evo IV somewhere on the road. is it the fourth generation of mfizz evolution and is it as light?

 

i'm actually looking for a light (in terms of weight) helmet but i don't quite like evo2's design. pls give me some recommendations. =)

if looking for safty den hard to get cheap...if u wan cheap den hard to get safty..try using a nova and arai throw from 10 floor..see wat happend...nova will crack while arai will remain the same only scratch on helmet...

the famous LAB or you can try teamhklracing website to view a few helmets.

You can try along LAB and those shophouses along kelantan lane.. But I recommend you try MHR helmets..
