1st batch that actually touched the roads is end jan. My was 02-02-2006. I asked for ultimatum from shop. I want it registered & collected on that day. Cannot achieve, no buy. To "help" them achieve it, I even waited at Sin Ming LTA to sign forms at 915am!!

 

i see.. that means we got chance haf to wait till nx yr liao!

 

man i sold my bike liao.. now without a bike i am like without my legs.

Guys maybe Tml can get the answer. This bike shop Wing Fuat boss say he will check with HL on monday. tml call up hope to have a gd news from him.

Dec 2nd go track and test it out, if you feel your bike setup is fine then stick to it. Else go to bikelab.

hopefully the 08 r6 wil be arrivin earlier then the 06 r6.. becos unlike 2005 --> 2006 whereby we got an almost totally new bike.. there is onli slight development for the 08 r6.. so there realli isnt any reason y it shld come so late..

actually if u oredi noe how to adjust ur own suspension.. u can go out n ride.. then adjust accordingly..

went to diff bike shop this evening at west area..went to popular bikeshop at bukit merah....three shops say diff things...

 

first on the right..

1. bike haven reaches..mid dec...

2. bike reached already, now at customs, hahaha (i like, wat the hell, go jb ah,pump petrol)

3. aiyah...a lot booking already...maybe early jan

 

then go back to my bikeshop where i deposit for..they say he call one guy from hong leong( MR Lee) workshop manager ....he say confirm cum mid dec... so i like ok...tats good...but sure released late since need to go inspection here and that..

 

haiz...i got my coe already..the only prob is the bike..when!!

this 1 is true.. the bikes will be held at the customs, waiting to clear with all the paperworks and $$$. but it's not the customs @ woodlands or 2nd link la. it's most probably the 1 at pasir panjang or somewhere around there.

 

then they have to transport back to dealer for assembly before sending it out to the various bikeshops..

actually i dunno who r u haha..... enlighten pls..... and also guys do u all remove the stock header that "box" below ur bike? i read in a r6 forum it say removing it increase the bhp and also reduce 9kg .... haha... tat kind of a gd idea.... anyway tat box dun look good haha

If you remove it ,it will be deem as illegal and for our bikes, a ROV doesnt need to look very hard to see we have remove it unlike other bike brands.
