hi ,i am currently riding a 03 r6....wan to ask whether anyone experience the handle bar very close to the tank..when i tilt the handle bar to the right,it is almost touching the tank liao but it ok on left side...anyone experience this ?

the clip on is actually the whole left and right portions consisting of the grip throttle, brake etc, can be taken off as a piece from the forks one u unloosen 2 bolts, forgot is it 6 or 8 mm.

 

one of the bolt has a black plastic cap, u must pry it off to expose the bolt the other is near the fork. hard to explain w/o pics.

 

anyway if u fig out what im talking about, just loosen the 2 bolts and adjust can liow, no need to take out from the fork.

 

 

if free maybe sometime i get some pic, or the meshing session u come down, see what can do about it.

I bring spray paint then i bring paper to cut out the yamaha logo then can spray on the mesh~! NICE~!

wow that sounds fun...can i join? Btw... the 06 one hor.. i got no idea where the F*** to put the mesh leh.. cuz the feairings are all very weirdly Joint together.. so i assume it'll be hard to put in the Mesh.

 

the only best area where i cld possibly put the mesh is around the Rear Mud Guard..got 2 holes there... haiz...

Xj- tink it was AND who had surplus meshing

 

phry - u want to mesh the mudguard holes i tot u change to FE liow

 

skimmer - not sure bout neons for now it seems just purely meshing, ur bike out ready ?

the 06 R6 is simple to mesh.... the usual practise procedures, you just need to remove the side cowls (easy.. minutes nia).

 

I clipped my 3 pts on each side. I am sorry but i tink i forgot the dimensions.. hehe.. but can be easily measured.
