woah.. otr 19k is consider a good deal.. wif coe around 2.2k fa

now.. but dat 7% a bit high.. 1-2% more.. u manage to calculate ur monthly x no. of instalments plus dwnpay equals to..?

Today managed to find another r6 09, machine 16k.

 

After adding insurance, admin fee, transfer fee will be 17.4k

 

Intend to dp 5k, as such, will be taking a 3 yrs loan of 12.4k.

 

Guess should be fine right?

Now the problem is finding a guarantor, cannot be a immediate family members staying at same address. They scare both of us run road

dun rush into buy a bike.. slowly find till got 1 u think is problem-free one @ a reasonable price.. if not u may end up paying a bomb for repairs.. of coz, it depends on luck too

For me, i managed to use my wife as guarantor leh. Maybe it helps if you showed very keen interest then drama abit when they say cannot same address? Or helps if you were a repeat customer and have good loan record with the shop before?

 

Anyways, like the others mentioned before, just take your time look through.

7% is kinda steep to me...

some points to take note.. make sure the shop has no hidden cost (etc: early settlement fee).. cos dis can also b a problem in future.. & ensure that after u do the calculation urself (dwnpay + monthly instalment) the difference is not dat large.. some shops lure u into giving u cheap machine price but when u do the calculation, end up u pay a "bomb" in total.. slowly bro finding one.. once everything is up to ur wants, & the finance of the shop is not dat jialat, grab it.. btw, wat shop is it dat u ask..?

Any of you guys experience significant vibrations until your hands become slightly numb from riding? I'm not sure why, but recently my vibrations while riding high speed over long distances are getting quite bad. And thats when i was riding with gloves.

And whats the deal with the stock exhaust valves getting jammed? Is that the reason why most r6 owners change to aftermarket slip ons?

Hi nullifi3d, the reason behind the the problem is you (we r6 riders) tend to put too much weight on the handlebars due to because of previous riding habits (riding s4 for example).

 

What i did is to sit up instead of crouching to the front, this way u put less weight on the handlebars or rest left hand on the tank and shift your body weight on the tank but by doing this you might risk not having enough time to react if anything does happens.

Hello, I wonder any of you guys experienced or know how to solve this problem.

Bike jerking / rpm choking while moving off , only happens when i move off from stationary (while still half clutching in gear 1 and GENTLE throttle)

The bike feels jerky , only happens at gear 1 moving off , below 4k rpm i think. Does not happen so frequently yet, but I worry it might get worst.

Rode it peacefully for a year and now it just starts to gimme this issue. =(

 

Izzit my TPS dirty , or clutch wearing off , or any other possible issues.

Any bikeshop recommendation for R6 ?

 

Bike make : R6 07

Acc : Arrow full system + PC3.

Mileage : 42k

Hi guys, Does anyone know where i can buy or is anyone selling their carbon fibre tank side Pieces. Both my original ones flew away and it looks crappy, from what i've heard its usual for many riders so im replacing them with CF ones, my model is 06, please do let me know if you know where i can get them for a good price. thanks
