awwww i think my fuel tank got in water.. cant start bike ... everything just sucks... i guess nid to drain out fuel and wash carb right ?

 

goot morning... sorry to intrude.......

if u can diy, u can access bottom bowl of carb via one philips head screw driver, release wat petrol there is in this bottom part, but of cos first must turn fuel **** at the tank to Close.

 

as for the spark plug, either change to new one or take out current one, suspected to be wet-head liao, use cloth to wipe dry and also machine-shop work-shop blow dry also goot; best is wipe dry.

 

also kiasu when pooting back e spark plug, ensure the HT cap is solidly sitting back on top of plug. (this checking shd also be done once a while)

wtf so shiok.. **** man my bike now is going crazy expressway going at 60++ to 70 suddenly will choke and slowly die oh man..any mod to ur S engine bro y2kredbull ?

 

No engine mods lar bro.

 

Since i got the bike,i changed many minor parts also.Clutch plates,the carb rubber manifold,2T pump seal,over-flow carb pin,etc.So far everything running ok.Maybe u need to check yr carb.The pins might need to change.If kiasu check yr piston/block as well.One time short do everything swee2.Cos to be truthful its an old bike.If i didn't open up my block,wouldn't find out that the piston has only been changed once in its lifetime.

I did a simple mod to my fuel tank cap when i got my new tank.Very "ah-pek" mod but 100% no water going in.

 

So for now yes u need to drain out yr fuel tank and check yr carbs.

I did a simple mod to my fuel tank cap when i got my new tank.Very "ah-pek" mod but 100% no water going in.

 

So for now yes u need to drain out yr fuel tank and check yr carbs.

yaya.. share leh u do what ?? haha.. i also wanna do the electrics of my bike.. the wiring somehow like i dont feel safe leh..

 

Dont intend to chg to 12 V.. just stay at 6v and re do all wiring... will it be better and will it be cheap too?

 

 

also, u guys know we got a small 2t meter at the side right the small round round one.. mine turn as black as a rock.. any idea where to get new ones? or how to clean it?

bro dat meter comes with ur 2t reservoir.. if u wana change u have to get a new reservoir.. if u wana clean can try scraping off dat layer of oil (i presume) or try washing it off wid petrol...

most of e shops pricing is ard $150 & they take bout a day to finish e job.

Only KNT Motors @ Ubi said $150 for the rewiring & wl be done in 2 hrs e max..

hey..anybody care to help me.. my rxk is vibrating recklessly the moment i reach 90km/h..i recently finished running in with new piston and rebored my bloc to 175..

my mechanic says that its because my piston size is too big; 175.. I want to know if there are other reasons for the vibrations caused and also engine very noisy..!

I think ur mechanic is right.Ups by 40 c.c. for a small bike quite a big change.Maybe u want to check yr steering n cone bearings too.

Haha its now better... i used autosol and polish like a mad man... 15 mins now the black poop is gone! now going to try with some zippo and alcohol rub!
