My Street Performance Raider 150 runs 158 kph in 800 meters. Modz are P&P, carb re-jet, clutch spring, pipe, transmission gears, sprocket, mild cams, and CDI.

I had rebored it to 165cc and it is under break-in period, i'll post the result after break-in.

My bike is street performance and can be use as a daily commuter bike. The air-box, air filter, carburetor and manifold are still stock.

if only we can do it in our own country... and i bet its damn expensive for the mods that u have done right...

but in philippines is another story my dear friend. dun make me jealous and green with envy. haha....

let me know about the performance after u had completed your break in. :D

c'est la vie~

Ok bro, i'll post the result after break-in, one good thing about the modified bike is, i run 50 kms per liter of gas at a speed og 70-90 kph (is'nt it amazing?) hahaha!

Seriously how faster can a mod wave go? 160km/h? plus need to change wat parts to reach tat?

The higher you aim, the harder you fall. So be like me, don't aim at all. :cheeky:

wow.. that's one hell of a mod that left me amazed. mine stock bike can only hit 37km/L... with 80/80front and 90/80rear... sluggish like hell...

top ever tried only 145km/h and the tyres are also stock profile...

hmm... :faint:

i was also amazed the first time i found out the 50 kpl consumption. well, based on our analysis the power to weight ratio increased that's why even if i only press the throttle by 25% the engine can push it to 70-90 kph.

one more thing after the 165 cc modification, the acceleration from 2,000 rpm @ 6th gear up to redline is also amazing. that's why a lot of times, i'm not changing gears from top to low in low speed driving, because the added power can pull the bike from low rpm up to redline at 6th gear.

hey! my mechanic also had a modified wave 125 that can be use everyday. the top speed so far they got was 140 kph in less than kilometer

here are the set-up:

> port & polish

> carb retune / rejet

> transmission gear (1st & 4th gear)

> mild cams

> clutch spring

> DBS pipe

> sprocket combination

> CDI

as of today, they removed the cams because the power band is very high and they are not satisfied with the low end torque (hehehe!). instead, they rebored it to 170 cc and they use the stock sprocket, still it can run 140 kph but no angry engine.

btw, they replaced the stock carb with a raider 150 carb. the consumption was 38 kms/li @ city driving...

hmm... won't the bike be jerky?

c'est la vie~
