probably things u can claim (do check with the pros, some can claim, some cannot)

claim for loss for ability to work --- "claim pay"

claim for transport fees ---- "taxi receipt"

claim for ur TP test $$

That will be on the surface claim.

 

Some serious case, victim get 40% of the person paycheck for a lifetime. Any further medical expenditure pertaining on the injury can be claim. Some case whereas the victim is the sole bread winner of the family, the person involve is also responsible to take care of the victim family...sometime for life, upon total disability.

 

Should the victim feels that the person is trying to evade or even thinking of escaping the responsibility, u can get a lawyer to summon the person to court. From then, the judge will decide on the amount n duration of the compensation that should deem fair.

transportation fees i dun intend to claim. anyways from simei to ttsh also not cheap. but nvm. my fren's mum just gave me a call tell me he shld have received lawyer's letter already? maybe he can confirm.
