It can't be complicated to a mechanic as they have experience to do it. Actually you just need to change a good cdi so that u can have your bike set properly. The original carb is not really complicated as it just got additional TPS thingy onto it. The troublesome part is to remove the carb and the airbox... Very limited space..

Change cdi not really necessary to rejet unless you change race pipe or other engine modification.. :cheer:

Im changing to an open flow pipe so what im planning to do is change cdi, re-jet and change to iridium spark plug..is that ok even if my bike has only 1200kms and still in super stock condition..

And what type of CDI can i use? Because in our country, there still not much aftermarket parts for the spark135..so if the CDI of raider or x-1 or wave can be used properly in the spark135, then i wouldnt have a problem finding changing mine.

Then the issue of CDI burning something..? Is that true?

Also do you know in what RPM does the stock CDI powercut? 9K? 10K?

Thanks very much for the help.:thumb:

It will be better if you change your carb.. But is ok to use the original.. 1200km is fine.. Philippines should have aftermarket cdi for spark if i'm not wrong.. Use only cdi for your bike and not other bike.. Get those good cdi which many people are using so as to avoid problems like coil burnt etc.. Stock cdi cuts at about 8k plus.. Hope this helps...

i know its better, but we are talkin bout original carb, carb manifold, jetting, n free service....

its not the normal carb manifold is the thick fat one...

Big bore can, but after that fuel concumption would be more den just changing carb,...

big bore u need to consider changing come stuff, carb,manifold,cam,..etc. that adds up to more den 200 SGD...

btw i would not reccomend tech thye now.. as david the boss charge too much..

can go Asia motor solution(GEYLANG LORONG 32)..look for Ah Ti the mechanic, he used to work for Teck Thye... he's my personal mechanic...

Tell him farid recommend ya.. n u will get it cheap...

its carb not hub. if you change the carb, faster pick up, more top speed, more petrol.. haahaa

you don't have to change anything else.. its just a carb, don't hafta interfier wid your ebgin, unless you wanna change block piston and hi cam...
