razi...can u make a normal straight sticker lining with wording inside it..thickness is about 0.7cm/70mm?

I think able to. It will be printed on sticker paper. Maybe able to do it. Only worry becoz of the small size. If you are taking about thickness of the sticker, that I cannot do. U will need to use foam tape to make it thicker or something.

Just give him the dimensions. He should be able to do it lah bro. As long its not too small.

This is normal...every bike will sure happen if install the scottoiler. Even u spray chain lube your rim will be also dirty. dont worry....perhaps scottoil is much more easier to clean off.

Wow .. motorfreak, I envy your determination to make your bike chrome... all the best in your chroming ... and I bet once it is done, you can challenge the Harley Davidson for "Who has the 'chromiest' part" contest.

Probably you should MO ur service to everyone of us in this forum :D

BY the way, how long it takes you to polish the swing arm? Both sides or just one side?

I tried to polish the front end of my bike before using autosol and Brillo ... till my back aches ... and I give up .... Kudos for your determination bro!

Hope that I can see up close and feel it(the smoothness) when the next time we meet up!

Cheers to all and have a good day!

ps: who wants to go for Nasi Lemak run this friday??? Till now still no respond leh ... if not, I will still be going solo or with Yan ... since he is the only one responded.

Good stuffs doesn't come easy ... hardworks usually pays off ... in your case, I can see that your hard works does pay off! I am sure, through your "pain in the arse" experiences, you will feel the joy of what you have done! Looking forward to see the finish results! All the best in your project bro! I wish I have such determination like you man!

anyone knw where got sell diff type of head fairiing for gsr?? cos i went to moto world thy only got 1 model for gsr only.

Y don't you seach the internet first to find the windshield/head fairing you wanted. Then approach the distributor to get it. It is easier that way then running all over in Singapore and waste time, effort and petrol.

Unless you have something in mind, no one here can help you.

Use RXZ Catalyzer head lor.. Nice what.. Trusted and Proven on super4 bikes. Cuts wind and can duct down... Most super4 riders say can go faster.
