yep, transfer of name is on the spot, as long as you have your IC, the seller's IC, log card and the insurance document... (if my memory never fail me)

at the nose? if you wan to putty up that hole, probably need a new paintwork as well, otherwise you'll have a see-through nose. :cheeky:

and i think you should get the raincoat before you get the bike, i foresee it will be raining when you collect your bike. stupid weather

ur's a px nose? anyway it is possible. i've done it. best to use epoxy to cover up. try use those A + B kind... u can sand tt off rather easily.

LAB's best choice for raincoat. cheapest tt is.

Hi All... greeti ngs from sunny Penang....

Just had to get away from the rain for a while!!!

Am cool with a meetup in mid Jan... would like to wait to see Gweester's scoot finished

cephelix... when you chane tyres, go for modern ones like bridgestone hoops, or battalax... they grip[ much better than the ones with the classic tread design and feel soooo much more stable in corners.

Was it you who was interested in parts from claussstudios.com??? If so, they're worth every single cent.

wow!!! Sharpey!!! you are on holis in penang?? Sweet getaway huh???

Penang laksa, penang kway teow......lovely!!

As for my scoots, hope that it will be ready before the meetup.....

cephelix, i second what machinek says....get the raincoat first before you go get your scoots....as for helmet, there are heaps around...take your time...you would probably get a couple (heehee...i've got like 4 helmets for scoots....ahhahaha)

BTW where are you gonna get your scoots? bike shop or private owner??

if from private owner, go get your scoots checked and probably do a basic service (brake pads, spark plugs, clutch cable, etc) to get it started....for tires....i would think the battlax ones are one for the best around for grips...

juz curious...how exactly do you determine when it's time to clear carbon? vibrations like wat machine_k experienced?

when u dont feel the power anymore and maybe the vibration too... u will just feel the loss of power and then its time for servicing

Come original, u gotta come original...
