Wow... you night owls certainly lengthened the tread

Mind you I did post at about 2am the night before last ha ha... I rarely stay up so late these days... am such an old man!

Gweester, the crank isn't wider... it will fit.... to be honest I don't fully understand... but think of it allowing the crank to have 1.5mm extra travel on each stroke.... thus allowing it to sink lower in the cases and thus increase the displacement of the cylinder.... The Pinasco 200cc kit runs better with a 60mm crank as far as I have read... so, seeing as am paranoid that my current crank is about to self destruct, I'm going to bite the bullet and import one from Germany.

machine_k,

by the time you asked....am fast asleep...heehee!!! gotto work lah....althogh i am on half day...woo hoo!!!

fluffpuff, you can do some read up on the links i posted to cephelix...helps in some way or another....they explain the overall thingy on our scoots...just some overview..

shaprey, addition 1.5mm displacement...hmmm...

if it's a 60mm crank it's gotto be the diameter (wider) rite?

cos with the con rod, i also dont really understand how it will fit...

your crank gonna spoilt?

also you might wanna shave off and do some modification before you install the crank...more inlet time...more fuel....more power!!

BTW is your crank already shaved?

does the new 60mm crank come shave?

Gweester.... the crank will be shaved/cut when I buy it yes... Worb5 know thier stuff...

The one I have now is shaved/cut to allow for a longer inlet... I'm just worried that the bearings might be on their last legs (PARANOIA let me go) and that the crank wasn't properly balanced after being shaved....

I know the crank will fit... its a popular mod for pinasco px200 users....
