Haizzzzzzzzzz is it the wrong time to join in to 954 family(For me)..........seem like ppl been start letting go of one of the greatest bike in the century.....

 

there is no time where u join the correct time or wrong time wan lah in the end still got ppl riding :cheeky:

True though.....but seem like our big name of "Fireblade" have long been diminish thru times....Reasons y i choose 954 instead of the rest is becos i love it when it first launched.

954 is such a good bike and believe that its the best blades ever build.(Not saying that 929 is lousy), shldnt be ppl keeping for good than lettimg go....

sad to say the 954 is not popular in s'pore due to the fact that cbr1000 is launch just a year later. And ppl keep saying" y buy a 954 when i can get a k4 that time." well to each their own. And 954 have so call no resale value, determined by buyers and some just trash the market by selling it at riddiculous prices......

heel guard carbon fiber $50 for both side (929)

but need to exchange the cover cant take out the carbon fiber super stick..

Anyone have come across tis problem whereby yr speedometer will stop running while yr bike is on the move? There is no disturbance in the bike engine itself and so suspected either wiring issue or sensor problem. ANyone encounter what i experienced? Now bike is on MC now...haizzz small issue but need time to get it resolved.

most prob change sensor will do. my old old bike nighthawk just changed speedo cable recently. same problem. but digital speedo i dunno.

most prob yr speed sensor is spoilt..

hav it change..

is it sometimes hav speed shown, sometimes dun..

new brake pad leh need to brake in wan leh......

 

maybe..

last time i juz change brake pad onli..

the braking power is low due to new brake pad..

but dun hav the spongy feeling..

maybe is myself is the problem..

let mi ride for these 2 weeks and see how..

the braking power is low due to new brake pad..

Yup you guys are right...Hmm got back my bike today....sooooooooo hapi. And they done it for free ...heard that tis is common problem for 954...hmm any others than this issue?Asking to all the "lao qiao" on 954 b4 and now?:p

heard the motor controlling the exhust valve spoil easily due to the plastic gear:cheeky:

the servo motor controls both the exhaust valve and flapper. yah it spoils easily. mine spoil 1 1/2 yrs after getting my bike at 24k mileage...... only boon siew have the spares and we are at their mercy.
