i am having a FBA spec 3 normal version.....

Yo guys, how was the durian catch just now? :cheeky:

 

it was postponed because of the rain or drizzle.

 

But i was there with another friend, he showed me 2 new durian hot spots. One is in KJE just before reaching woodlands road towards the north. There's a small blocked road going up a forested hill. The second one is 2 bus stop further down Lor Asrama. I was standing at the entrance & saw 4 people going inside & he told me there's at least a hundred durian trees inside there. But the track was very muddy , so i didn't enter the place. You can see plenty of durian shell thrown on the grass patch nearby.

so who else is coming to Port Dickson Bike fest on 2Aug Sat? We'll also be passing thru malacca & cape ricardo's beach.

there's another group from another thread going too.

If we dun get enough ppl, we just hv to tail them; they very nice ppl. They going to malacca for chicken rice lunch, follow by Port Dickson bike festival at eagle ranch in the afternoon. We'll explore the cape ricardo beach immediately after eagle ranch, then go malacca dinner , then return to spore.

 

We might try the same yummy poh piah we had last time near mdm King department store in malacca town.

Why is Cape Ricardo so special? Coz a cape is a piece of land that juts out into the sea & forms a natural barrier against the sea. So the sea there is supposed to be very calm & nice beach.

 

If got anyone interested, pls post it here & we'll make a listing.

The pic below was taken on top of Cape Ricardo hill last year , we saw the beach behind the swimming pool really look nice & really feel burden to explore it. Notice the curve shape of the long beach. There are also many hotels & resorts around it. -->

Bike left 1 yr to fully owned. ~S$3,800 remaining. I can pay up in full anytime.

 

As I was walking past that shiny new VFR800, couldn't help but steal another look. So, I went to ask ah shui at BP how much.

 

VFR 800 (all in): S$20,000

Trade in value of my bike (CB400 Bold'Or): $9,000

Balance: S$11,000

Interest: 4% p.a.

Term of loan period: 3 yr / 36 mths

Total sum payable: 1.12 X S$11,000 = S$12,320

Monthly installment: S$12,320 / 36 = S$342.20

 

Wah very tempting... same as carry on my current installment for another 3 yrs get big bike!

 

BTW, another VFR on sale. FBA plate. Was quoted S$14,000.

 

S$14,000 - S$9,000 = S$5,000

1.12 X S$5,000 = S$5,600

Loan period = 1 yr

Monthly installment: S$466.70

 

How not to get swayed into buying new bike?!??!! :giddy:

Check properly before getting that 2nd hand VFR. I noticed there is a small dent at the gas tank covered wif a small sticker.

Suggest you give the bike a through look get another person down to help you look for the flaws. Also be sure to check the fine prints if you are serious about the bike. You may never know the hidden cost involved.

The Bol'dor is a spec III parts should be the same as the normal spec III except the front cowling. If you are looking for a used ones there's some one here selling look for khookahkiat. Market price for the FBA should be around 9.5-10.5 k.

 

I personally had not tried for performance wise.
