Found some instructions from another thread too.

 

1.From the checkpoint, keep LEFT.

2.Follow the beach, enjoy the scenery

3.Go up Skudai expressway.

4.Turn LEFT to join Pontian Expressway.

(If you miss the turn, there is a U-Turn on the right about 500m after the Ramp to Pontian Expressway)

5.Go straight look out for UTM at the sign board.

Follow the route, but do not go into the University itself.

6.Look out for a Shopping Center called JUSCO. It's a pinkish-orangy colour building.

7.A&W is part of the Petrol Station, which is located just behind the JUSCO Shopping center's open air carpark.
