Well I didn't drink just dinner.. Anyway today is a waste trip, go to customer side for installation but my things are not here yet so I have to stay one nite in IPOH.. sianz... :cry:

I can't run, no gym, no swim.. so I guess Speed skating is still the best :cheeky:

but hor have to do it allot only than will work

if do it once a month make no diff lar

Yes I use to do Speed Skate I also have a pair of Speed Skate b4 but I sold it away...

 

Have to do everyday if I really want to lose that KG :faint:

I bought a pair of normal skates a few years ago, wanted to learn.

 

but never had the time or chance to learn. :cry:
