How about asking PML to give you a master key?

 

think can ask them to change a new bike lar..

Looks like it's a design fault. Happens to quite a no of people worldwide. So even if you get a new bike, the problem may occur...The antenna circuit thingy is too new and complicated...typically BMW style.

No lar, I'm no expert. For this case the owner should have a better idea as to what may be the fault. If everything is ok, it may just be a simple case of plug fouling due to too rich or too lean a mixture of air and petrol or maybe the idling is too slow. Got to check a few things before diagnosing a cure.
