better to buy a sunglass than taking risk hah

But if u ask me, frankly speaking....wat's de diff between Tinted visor and sunglass???

the idea is to block your vision from the glaring sunlight........

think cos tinted visor covers the whole face but sunglass covers only the eyes.

But we don't use the face to see, do we?

Like that full face should also be banned since they also can't see our face if we're wearing full face.

This is the reason why they have banned full face previously right?

However as for sunglass, this could be taken out during dark locations while dark visor do not have this visibility. Think this is the rationale bah...:cheeky:

yea, but wearing sunglasses means you have to wear contacts first.. might as well get tinted visors much easier.. :faint:

but then if we wear sunglasses and full face helmets at most they can only see our nose.. TP see nose they also so happy ah? lol.. like quite unreasonable to ban tinted visors leh. i mean, in other countries it's approved how come singapore must be different?

Well I guess I was too young to know what full face is when it was banned. :cheeky:

IMO, wearing sunglasses is more troublesome while riding. How do we take out our shades when we enter tunnel or those underground carpark? While for tinted visor, we just have to flip up the visor. I tried wearing shades once and when I entered the Marina Square carpark, I seriously can't see a thing. :faint:

ya. thats the reason i see why tinted visors are banned, when entering tunnels can just flip it up while glasses must take out and keep, and how to keep when ure riding.

At night visor cannot keep but can keep sunglass.

lol?

then night dont wear visor, or change to clear one. got sell visor pouch to keep visor clean of scratches.

I dun use sunglasses very often. Ride for so many years, very few times really need 1. Sometimes during the evening when the sun is setting, the glare is directly opposite, but these times are rare for me.

But if you use tinted visor and then it rains, how? Open the visor and enjoy the spray? :D

There's a solution for us, and it looks damn cool:

See the helmet with the integrated shades? I saw it at Motoworld, ard $300 I tink.

Oh yes, heard about this kind of helmet too. Not really a fan of HJC though, but I'll give it a try if I have the spare cash.

Yesterday night I was thinking, if only there's transition visor. Just like transition lenses for glasses, which will turn into dark colour whenever there's sun.
