i am not sure whether the vehicle is auto/manual.

there is the issue of the clutch and gear shifting lever.

 

but i am sure it have an accelerator like a car.

so even if it's auto, i believe you need to have a class 3a to drive it.

 

so how to classify under bike?

the cost is high now due to the fact that its hand built ...if it goes mass production im sure prices will plunge .

 

with regards to ur argument saying that 5 speed manual = class 3

 

aren't current bikes 4-6 speed manual too ?

 

i guess this "toy" will be for people who have both class 2 and 3 as suggested by bikers inc ...but than again that will also reduce the pool of people who are eligible for this machine
