The papers that motorworld gave you, is not the cert. Those are just documents. You need to go through the inspection, only then lta will issue you with the cert. Unless motoworld installed and brought it to inspection for you, your current pipe now is still deemed as 'illegal'.

Good luck buddy. Better go for your pipe inspection asap. Now lta officers on the loose.

Have you submitted these docs to LTA for approval?

Do let us know the outcome bro...

Of are u already having a smile with the LV cans already? :p

No need. I can tell you straight away cannot pass.

Let's say for a GSR 400 LV pipes, any idea if these can be considered as the required documents?

b & d) Conformity certificate - http://www.leovince.asia/files/F5914/CO-7596.pdf

c) Technical Drawings - http://www.leovince.asia/files/F18774/DT-7596.pdf

Confirm NO.

They will ask for a full sound test as well, and later a full system test by a third party international company.

Anyone knows where I can get a Full Sound Test done on the aftermarket exhaust?

I bought an aftermarket exhaust online. I have got the Europe's e3 emission conformity cert, but no sound test report.

The man at the inspection center says I am only missing the sound test to approve the pipe.

I have called the local dealer, and he says he can't help me.

I still have the GPR exhaust brand new only fitted twice onto the bike to go for inspection.

GPR HQ claimed it's road legal but inside got NO Decibel Killer which was promised and NO Catalylic converter.

When I asked for the full test results (Every pipe is tested in our factory before it is put on the shelf. ~Ya Ya Ya~ stated on GPR website.) GPR HQ told me there is no such test done on the pipe they sold me. They have since quietly removed that claim from their website.

Anyone wants a GPR exhaust (no cert) cheap PM me.

I have a aftermarket street legal exhaust with cat converter. But if i go for inspection without the cat converter will they uninstall my exhaust to check? I heard there will be a seal for the cat converter. How true is it? The cat converter seems to be very tight and if i force it in i might have problem removing it in the future if i decided to change.

I thought if documents for the used exhaust is still available, then after you install on your bike, just go for inspection to get it certified. No?

Hey guys, recently changed my pipe for my gilera runner st200. Bought the new Leo vince. Settled inspection ,documents and had the blue tagged (cat) from gmax. However im slightly dissatisfied as the sound is weak. Similar to my stock pipe. Was expliained that it is because of the 2 silencers in the pipe. Anybody have any solutions to make it still legal but louder? Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

If im selling my bike with an approved aftermarket exhaust what are the addition steps required to ensure that the new owner can use my bike legally? Does he need to reinspect the exhaust? or does he need me to do some extra paper work for him? or he will be fine just with the documents i was given by the shop/inspection centre/lta? thanks

if exhaust pipe no certificate from seller, what will I do? Is there anyway I can install my pipe and go for inspection?

Thanks!

without cert the pipe is gone case... hard truth.. even if ur pipe is no way near anywhere as polluting as the average kup. this is sg. the law here regarding money related fines on local bikers are always questionable..

I need some advice, I'm riding a cbr150r Fuel injected I'm finding the exhaust for this bike but so far the only hit I got was yoshimura R-77s cyclone. Is JMCA approved exhaust. And I have to get it at webike Japan, the sound and gas emissions report will be together with the exhaust I'm just afraid that if I buy the exhaust. LTA will not approved. Need help guys 👌🏾👌🏾

There's no approved exhaust system for the CBR150R FI model.

If you still want to use not approved exhaust systems, there are other brands than the yoshis ;)
