agent meaning SG distributor, which is boon siew for honda bikes, will hold the rights of selling the bikes n provide local warranty, meaning if anything happens, they will have ready parts n experienced mechanic to repair the bike.

 

PI meaning the individual bike shop import the bikes meant for Japan consumers, they bring in the bike cos its much cheaper than agent bike, but dun have locaL warranty.
