Original Yamaha Lagenda crankshaft one set with connecting rod and single bearing RM342

Did balancing crankshaft in Yamaha HQ SC using gauge

 

Original Yamaha Lagenda Piston Pin = RM 4.90

 

Bearing NTN made in Japan 2 pieces. One big for crankshaft and one more small bearing for gearbox body. RM36 Used gauge to compress bearing into and out of crankshaft in Yamaha agent Seng Hoe. NO hammer allowed.

 

Gasket FCCI set LHS / RHS RM28

 

Oil seal FCCI set RM18

 

Original Yamaha made in Japan Clutch friction plate. Old 4 pieces very good but one has wear and tear at sides. So better just change now. 5 pieces RM90

 

34T Samata steel + SSS 15T steel + RK chain 428 = RM 36

circlip 19 inch front sprocket 60 sen

 

air filter cleaned only

 

Carburetor NO need to service. Still very good.

 

spark plug NGK G-Power RM12

 

Cleaned piston head and combustion chamber valves and wall

 

Brake shoe original Yamaha Jupiter made in Indonesia

 

Engine oil 1000ml

wish all bike shops has these bins for recycle, bike shop throws many oil bottles, plastics and paper boxes daily. it should be recycled. this one i found in goodwill of yamaha

rear chain sprocket never put 34T if bike is original factory setting of piston and block

cannot overtake treler.

 

The best combination is 15T + 35T

went to mersing and did round round 356km

Hey bro.

 

My X1 now mileage already almost 130000km. Now the bike is 'eating' the engine oil. Maybe 2 weeks empty already. I think it might be the piston worn up coz i'm also getting backfire upon deceleration. What do you think?

 

I see you list quite a few recommended shops; which one the best?

 

Now my fuel consumption also dropped to about 40+/L only.

 

Also, if re-bore the block, will fuel consumption decrease? I don't really care about going fast (the bike in stock condition could go 130km/h full throttle for now); just reliability and fuel consumption quite important to me (travel about 110km per day).

 

Also, you mentioned about putting 'double sided tape' to decrease vibration; care to share more in details coz my bike has been vibrating all the while. Just gotten used to it i guess but its always good to be able to reduce it.

Since this thread is more active, i shall ask my question here, im riding x1 and i intend to install racing cdi on it?... Any idea how much it cost in jb?.. Ahboy spore currently sold out, other shop selling $150 man... Any idea if jb cheaper?, lets say ah boy jb?.. Or anyone going jb, can by for me than i pay u, haha

hi guys....not new to cub but that was 17years back = Sparkz 110 aka Lagenda 110 year 05 registered model.. ... so most of the time is either 2 or 2A bikes...so i just downgraded to 110 Sparkz... the FC is terrible BAD~~~ 35km/litre... saw rear sprocket is 38T ... EO sipping out from O-ring side only ..top and bottom still dry.. so need advises here on roughly the pricing for = Changing all 3 engine O-rings .. wash carb + Tunning .. air filter .. normal plug .. rear wheel 3 bearings.. also need to check on the valve too.. so how much should i prepare for doing inside JB * after shell junction turn right on the left row of bike shops there* ??? EO i just changed myself last 3 days so no need this round..
