For cars you can put P plate for as long as you like...I guess for bikes should be the same?

No harm in putting anyway.

i seen it a few times, and i actually don't quite like the tank and undertray design. if i am paying so much for a 2b bike, i rather buy a rs125 or a derbi gpr125.

 

actually the r15 also quite a nice bike except for the tail part and the skinny wheel size.

you never see other countries 1 cub can sit 4-5 people plus carry lots of stuffs. if they can, so can you! anyway got box or no box behind, you wont feel much diff when riding 1.

my x1r had a box fixed on it. E33. can fit 2 ****(abit squeezy) and no problem for me so far.

yeap. all de license is linked meaning, u pass 2B for 1 year liao 24 points. but u enroll 2A and pass, your points back to 12 points. likewise for class 3, class 2 etc.

 

everything will be back to 12 points for 1 year.

 

if you got caught for speeding(on bike), it will reflect on ur car's also.

 

all de license in interlink. altogether you'll onli have 24 points(after 1 year)

thats correct. so usually the more class of licence u have, all the more u should be riding/driving safely. u dun wana risk losing ur hard-earned licence, but more impt, u dun wana risk ur life as wellas others' lives.

de most important thing is you reached de destination safe & sound.

i have heard this saying from a bbdc instructor too. i can't remember his name but he is a malay guy with long hair and wears a cap.

I've been paying attention to the used bike sales section for quite some time already, but recently nothing interesting caught my eyes. I also not sure how to go about doing the transfer, insurance all those myself.

 

the bike u aiming i guess shld b cbr150 frm wat u have posted,and seems tat u have decided to go bike shop rather than sbf.tis would means ur bike transfer and insurance normally shld be done in bikeshop bah.unless u buy frm forum,cheaper,and might be better than u see frm bike shops=)if u buy frm forum ur transfer will be done at LTA,insurance depend on which one u wan.eg NTUC will be to those NTUC branch to buy the insurance

Ooohh Looi's , go check out Yamaha R125 , you'll drool ! If Looi's also don't have cbr , you can try Bikeworkz and Republic motor ( Shun li industrial , Kaki bukit , the shops are opposite each other ) .

serious speaking i wouldn't recommend buying frm bikeshop as normally they will carrot ppl.coz i regretted myself and seen many other frens did so too,unless its new bike then no choice.u will find spending alot more than other ppl sometimes

But why don't wanna get 2B bike ? Most people skip getting 2A bikes instead , from 2B upgrade to class 2 .

yup all license including cars and lorries are printed on one license card,once revoke they will cut the license card into half which means all gone

Recently the used bike section from here don't have any good offer also...mostly is put up for sale quite some time ago already. I've been paying attention to the used bike section since I joined the forum...used to have nice bikes...but after I pass, little people selling already. So no choice need go bike shop.

Cbr is priority but not a must, if I see any good condition RXZ I would consider too. Pricing is the important part, any bike I also happy~

Really interested in Phantom also, but the weight really scares me off. haha.
