as usual, we modify the movable drive face or in kl we call it "mangkuk". its the one that we put our roller in it n just use 5 heavy roller.

dun u think our rev cut too early? tested my self before on stock bike, i can achieve same topspeed (115kmh) while single riding or with pillion. after i mod part of my CVT component and lil adjustment on carb together with higher rev cut cdi, my AT 135 perform better. good throttle response, not so linear power transfer if not more aggresive that makes my journey to office (56km per day) enjoyable.:cheeky:

i use 80/80-16 45S Michelin M45 in front while 90/80-16 51S on rear wheel. good in all condition. have u ride in kl? hahaha potholes, sand, oil-ly tarmac, after rain etc and this rubber give u confidence to tackle the situation. cornering? limited by the center stand. it cost me around 100SGD for both with installation. it also gives u value for money cos after 6000km, rear tyre look still ok. i believe i can expect 8-10k before i need to get another one.

i change my EO every -+2000km using 850ml motul 5100(RM35). gear oil using 2tube 90ml motul scooter gearbox oil(rm11/tube) every 2month. i recommend these 2 oil cos its cheap!

my fuel consumption can get around 130-highkm per full tank using v-power.

ride carefully!

B2 - below 250cc

D - passenger car

as for my ride, only variator is modded for a slightly higher rev. plug coil & cacle change. air-box modded a little. having a 45 liter rear box. top speed on straights is abt 115 to 125km/hr. FC is abt 30km/liter. full tank can go abt 144km. but my pickup and overtaking sucks although my mods help a little.

btw, for the stock rollers over at your side, how much they selling? singapore is selling too expensive.

No need to worry. It will idle perfectly after 2 oil changes and proper engine run-in.

then a burgman 400 will be more than enough. unless u wan a faster one then go for the Silverwing 400. but Silverwing pick up sucks. due to the weight at 240+kg.

Thanks for the tip bro :)
