How much would it cost to replace new chain n spockets good ones?

 

if im not wrong its 40+ D.I.D..or u can try ah boy JB, those cool gold plated chains..

if you like that person, go slap him/her...

can wave-s tahan 92 octance petrol ? can the front fork lower abt 4cm ?

 

for wave, petrol is not a problem...i lowered mine not sure how many inch..

if you like that person, go slap him/her...

Is it normal for a wave 125s to have a lot of engine vibration when running at 70 - 80km/h? I just bought mine second-hand and its my first bike so i dont really know what a wave is supposed to be like.:pity:

Hi , i was quoted FY plate at $2.4k for machine price at a bike shop . Was i chopped ?

 

i got my FW wave s for 2.3k otr. my 3rd party insurance kinda expensive. :giddy:

18/10/07 - 19/08/08 : Honda NSR150 SP

21/08/08 - 24/09/09 : Honda Wave S 125

02/10/09 - 22/02/12 : Yamaha X1-R

09/04/12 - 13/02/15 : Kawasaki Ninja 250R

Standard wan, sure will vibrate. Jus hold it tight. :cheer:

closed to a stock bike. machine price 1.6k. it's my insurance that makes it expensive. was quoted $500+ by NTUC.

hi everyone, have anyone try washing their own carb? cos i noticed there a red and black wire.. anyone noes wat is the both wire for? its located at the right hand side.. it doesnt affect the ignition nor signal light, horns etc.. also not for ERP unit, or mileage sensor.. mine is a wave s anyway.. anyone gt the owners manual?

Hi Guys, I just bought a Wave S

I think i kena chop like a big carrot...

I pay 800 down payment + 165 (IU)

225.75 X 18mths

 

Cost : 3800 + 400(insurance) + 380(agreement) + 165 + Interest

Equals 5028.5 plus (anything amount if coe above 1252)

 

Bike is sold alone. No helmet, no box...

 

Anyway, how to run in a new bike?

Service every how many km?

if it's 1st hand.. shud b ard this price.. for running in.. after clocking 500km.. change ur EO, another 1000km, change EO den after 2000km, change EO.. speed shud keep it below 90km/hr..

Just rode it over 300km, love it to hell!!

My bike feels alittle weird though, my bike tends to move even if i never throttle it at all. It move in gear 1 and 2, cant feel it move at gear 3 and more.

your idleing setting is too high...set it lower, if not sure, just ask any wave rider you can spot around your carpark and i am sure they can show you the setting screw....

the new wave s looks nicer compared to the older model. btw, anyone knows what is the difference between wave s and wave x (other than the outlook)?

the new wave S looks much sleeker now. even the meter also nicer than the older model.

Worst part is my bike all stock. Tires are stock too...
