Hi, I'd been soucing around for a shop to repray my bike and finally found one with friendly staffs and reasonable price but yet to see the result of the workmanship, cos my bike is not ready for spraying. If you can wait till end of the month, I might be able to tell you if they are good. If you're curious to know which shop and wish to check it out yourself, can PM me cos I will share to everyone if I find them good.

I think paint should come last after u are more or less done with modding or adding accessories.

Btw I got a used Steed rectifier for sale. Bought as spare last time and luckily didnt have to use it. If urs is damage or wanna buy one as spare PM me. I got a chrome tail light garnish for VLX also

dear bro, i got a problem looking for a screw. the screw that holds the 2 plastic piece cover at the front of the bike btw the tank and the triple tree. any1 knows where to get it. been to jalan besar areas. alot of shops tat sells screws say "customise screw by honda we dun sell"

Try at your bikeshop where you service your bike, might be able to get 1 for free.

i have been having this problem of sorts lately, if anyone have remedy please let me know~ my idling is getting erratic recently and i just washed my carb... engine tends to stall, no matter time or place.. what could be the possible problem? all other things are fine though..

I faced tat too, i did what u did too, end up juz turn the idling slightly higher...

could be needing valve adjustments.

 

speaking of that, i am also thinking its time for me to do valve clearance too. anyone knows how much that would roughly cost? rosli or planet?

Some updates on my bike:

 

-New exhaust wraps

-modding the original seat

-New handlebar and headlamp

The rear fender from T1, he ordered from states.

The straight bar is called 'dragbar', can find them from garage sales or can try ChongAik. If you looking for T1's bar, then you need to customise cause his bar doesn't have riser to support. Not easy to find the size for the fittings.

it is still called a bobber.. a bobber is a cruiser bike being chopped dwn to its bare minimum.. bars is usually up to the preference of da riders.. that's what i know.. =)

Im planning to get a Honda Steed & mod it to look like a custom bobber.

Any recommended shops to get the mods done or do u guys DIY the short rear fender & the white tyre walls?

I can custom a pair for you, but the riding position is very stretched out. Not sure if u want the kinda riding posture or not
