my acer lappy's graphic still running fine but my DIYed CPU just got it rectified and not running integrated(worst)..thinking I'm not gonna use it for gaming or my normal usage and let my family use it in the hall so alright:(

has almost everything on my desktop...

 

calender... to record appointments...

 

news paper... as opposed to rss news feeds...

 

notepad.... same purpose as the exe...

 

theres a wallet to the left... keeps my cards...

 

power socket there... for installing more devices...

same for me, i dont like to put things on desktop which 80% of them i am not using everyday.

and most common programs are short-cut to key alrdy, which is much more convenient.

"windowkey + E" for explorer

"windowkey + R" for run

"ctrl + alt + I" for IE (custom shortcut)and such.

 

using tab, shift + tab, alt + space, to navigate thru desktop, "mouse free"

 

i'd always clean up quicklaunch, startup programs, and system tray.

sometimes i even close necessary programs on sys tray that needs to restart the system again(sound driver, display driver, etc).

Nice screenie!

 

I love Yahoo (Konfabulator) Widgets...they really do have a large collection of nice-looking and useful gadgets.

 

The only gripe about this is that they sap quite an amount of memory from your computer.
