example offences and penalties for driving a manual transmission with a Class 3A license (auto).

The offender will be charged for driving without a valid driving license and may be fined up to 1,000 or jailed up to 3 months for the first conviction. He will also be charged for driving without valid insurance coverage and can be fined up to 1,000 or jailed up to 3 months, or both. He will also be disqualified from driving for at least 12 months. so i think the consequences is about the same...better apply for vocational licence.

A bus refers to a public service vehicle of a design approved by the Registrar of Vehicles. It should have a seating capacity for 9 people or more (excluding the driver).

Private Hire Bus (PH or PA)

Private Bus (PB or PA)

 

These buses are meant to ferry employees of the bus owner or people linked to the business at no profit.

Excursion Bus (PZ or PA)

 

These buses ferry tourists. They are used on unscheduled services, in which passengers are charged separate and distinct fares.
