Previously passed my other 4 stations with flying colours except for 2.4km which I failed miserably. :cry: Now, even my shuttle run failed cos both my knee joints hurt like hell with the forced impact. This year already failed my IPPT twice. This 21st Dec going for my third IPPT. Confirm will also fail. Just go for fun only... :p

I just go there for some own self exercise lor ... :weep:

Sure, no problem. You organise lor. I also don't know you guy's. We can go Kulai and eat lor. Meet earlier lor. Everytime, the timing's are alway's so late.
