guys... i wannna say something ok but first i wanna stress that i am not working for any shop nor against any shop.

 

 

abt the steelbrake hose issues..i seriously think that it does not matter. it just the branding and quality wise is almost if not the same. reason for saying this is the use of steel brake hose is for preventing the hose from expending

and from there u get better braking.

 

so since cheap ones does not expand, my prediction is that it will work the same.

 

i recently fitted a steel brake hose to my bike and i tried doing a burnout without stepping on clutch and surprisingly... still can! a part of it (i admit) is due to lowering of forks but without the back up of brake effectiveness... a burnout is impossible.

 

 

i hope my little test/story clears some minds of doubts

 

 

100+ to a $25 thing is worlds apart. even if the 25bucks one is not so good say..1yr thn spoil..it still will be worth it coz i realised not any ppl ride same bikes for more thn 2 yrs.

ya true, bam bro said is true as long it serve the main purpose

but 1 thing for sure muz make sure the person do a nice bleeding ensure no bubbles!!!

cos previously my R6 wasnt bleed properly thus causing my brake pump spoil actually tot jus pump kit but change 3 time still the same results causing me have to change a full set brake pump not cheap... heart pain wallet big big hole

and if serious case like my friend's his brake wasnt bleed properly thus causing his brake caliper suddenly jam and lock his front brake thus he flip pretty bad crash

so guys be careful k! if u confirm where u wan to fix liao den before fixing check out which mechanic can do a better job den go for it

im getting mine at bikelap for $85 see how many ppl i can jio to go den know wat price i can get...

yesterday i checked with sam regarding the original racing foot rest

but he told me no matter wat racing footrest all the braking will pretty bad no matter u use the cable or rod

including the original racing footrest oso same b cus its more for a rear disc brake design ah

knn recently seems like wan to buy wat oso got no stocks...

i jus now went to B plus ask for Gazi rear shocks oso no more stocks liao...

only left gazi front inverted

i dun mind converting disc brake only scare wait rov catch ah...

some things are slightly cheaper some actually more ex lo

no im now looking for the carbon starter set and wiring once i got everything i will arrange a day to get the mechanic to come sg and fix for us 1 shot easier as i oso lazy to go malaysia ah

yes there is no such thing as faulty or lousy braid hose.

 

but only poor workmanship

catch for wat..not modifiying the power of the bike mahh..125z R stock got disc brake leh..still got sell in spore..

last time when im on my way to gudang lazy to change ah so wear everything but who know kena stop by police ask this ask that tell me dat i cant wear a full suit riding in sg
