i defi out for saturday event

 

anyway I got a serious QN to ask all pple riding pulsar.

Wat symptons did the diagphram give when it is due for change?

is UM 100% sure that those prob arise are from the diagphram?

Anyone here been told that diagphram prob n paid 25 BUX changed the diagphram and no more prob or symptons?

 

I have got a 2nd hand Carb which may fit.

I need a guinea pig - to allow me to wash his carb for free + tuning however i may take sometime cos i need to use the original carb as a guide whether more stuff have to be mod to fit the other carb in. Dun worry. piggy only needs to allow me to wash his carb at the same time let me compare the diff(wash carb muz take out so at the same time might as well use the carb that's due for washing to see the diff) there will be no testing of the other carb onto the bike.

 

tentatively 26th DEC BOXING DAY NITE time.

ok found out the price of throttle cable $15 + $3(labour).

 

 

anyway those pulsarian have reach 30-40k mileage, do advice to change your clutch cable.

1. Email has been sent over to Bajaj Auto, Bangalore regarding a full parts list brouchure.

 

2. They have been notified of an impending medium scale order.

 

3. Air Freight/Shipping/Courier's pricing should be updated soon.

ever since i change the 'o' ring for my engine and also do carb tunning myself, so far my mileage has been good.. i can't wait to do a top up in a few days time to check what the fuel consumption....

 

anyway previously my FC has been 'bad' around 38-41km/litre...

i've just top up my petrol....

with..

 

riding at..

60-75km/h 65%

75-90km/h 15%

90-115km/h 20%

 

mileage now at 43000km++

 

i manage to get back my FC like at first i got this bike 48km/litre

 

anyway me writing this not to boast lah.. wanna share and tell

all pulsarian and future pulsarian that with correct and proper maintenance, even your mileage is high, you still can regain your good FC.
