The lesson 3 part II really depends. Primary objective is the test route for circuit.

But depending on your instructor if you did badly for example drop plank or some other thing, you maybe asked to repeat this lesson.

I had no idea why instructor wants to fail you that as the only revision you can do is during circuit revision after your lesson 3 part II but during my time lesson

the instructor failed I think 2 guys even though they did the right route.

Lesson 6 is mostly to get used yourself with the road test route. But same thing as Lesson 5. Remember don't commit any immediate failure mistakes like cross the stop line, right leg down during U-turn etc. You can fail the lesson just because of the mistakes mentioned.

hahah welcome to the community. mostly we are the same as you.

i must say for the first 2 lessons, its quite hard (for me) because you need to coordinate well.

but once u get the flow of riding, it will be pretty damn easy

I failed prac 3B part 2 for a very stupid mistake. Instructor told me its really very wasted cause others i did well.

During the assessment round, i was waiting at the crank course while the previous rider was waiting to move off at the end of crank course as there are incoming vehicle. When he i see that he wanted to move off, i went in the crank course. But end up he didnt move off. So instructor failed me cause of not waiting for the previous rider to exit.

Wah, he failed you because of that one incident? I've been through this kind of frustration as well. Just take it as a learning lesson and move on :goodluck:

confirm can. just go 1 x circuit and 1 x road before tp.

pretty sure if you show them you are confident and steady with bike handling, they have no reason to fail you.

also situation awareness! aware of situation around at road, and act accordingly.

coming from a person who talked so much but failed lesson 7 HAHAHA

Try to go for many revision.

My recommendation one revision per week then before TP date one day before another revision.

I went for twice per week then till one instructor told me to relax. You know even after many revision, on some revision I commit mistakes like gear change wrongly (go neutral then rev loudly on road...) then wobble badly etc. Then 1 day before TP , my that revision is the worst...

TP are very sharp to spot those minor mistakes like sharp/wide turn, wobble etc..

I got points for like sharp turn and this mistake is one that I know as when I start TP and abit gan cheong.

Good luck !

Actually, from my own experience, TP testers is a lot more lenient than SSDC instructor standard, and TP testers make the circuit even easier by blocking a lot of parking lots...So if you can pass SSDC internal tests you sure can pass TP, but some people stress too much about it so make mistakes and fail.

Just go for the TP and treat like a normal revision lesson...take your time to observe surroundings, do safety checks and if unsure whether tester give you signal to enter course wait for him to signal again. (Big warning: every tester got their own pattern, so do not die die not move if he use blinker light to start narrow plank just because it's not the standard for example. Anyway, the instructors will brief about this before the actual TP)

Oh, and leave half a bike length before stopping at stop line so you got time to check blind spot before turning.

Yah I kenna 2 points for delay in moving off at pylon station. I saw him signal me go but I thought must wait for blinker light.

My narrow plank TP happy happy press blinker plus signal me to go..
