Leo vince exhaust

If I buy a second-hand street legal exhaust that has been inspected and approved on the previous owner's bike, do I still need to send my own bike with that pipe on for inspection before I can use it? I think this is a different case from annual inspections where the bike/exhaust approval certs are required, as discussed in this thread.

jus got my Leo Vince last week... went for inspection also. The pipe sounds great without the baffle. Loving it

How u took out the baffle? Normal screw driver cant open it...I try when I go malaysia next week but the bass of v twin I am loving it...

Yes..

 

- You will need to transfer ownership..The local distributor for the exhaust pipe would beable to do it for you at an additional fee

- After fixing it on ur bike, you would be require to bring it down to any inspection centre for inspection afterwhich they will record into their database and issue you a inspection cert for the exhaust under ur name and bike plate..$52.50 fees

i think the log card can be printed via one motoring website.....

 

BTW , my bike belongs to my dad, im the subrider.

 

so if i only bring my ic will that do ? must he be in person also or scan of his ic will do . pls advise. tks

I am intending to import a leo vince exhaust which has already been approved by LTA.

 

Can anyone advise what document do i need to bring for inspection?

Just went for inspection, u must ask your dad to write authorise letter on his behalf to let u go for inspection and lastly need IC not scan IC..
