Hi, I'm a new RST runner rider. My bike got problem after buying for 3days only. Any good workshop to recommend near Bukit Panjang? I scare to ride all the way to kallang.

Problem: When moving off, got some knocking sound at the left rear of the bike and the bike sometime got power, sometime dun have. If manage speed, not much problem but when pickup speed or moving off the will lose power.

I'm not sure of any shops specialising in scooters in the west area. Most Runner owners service their bikes at shops at Kallang Bahru (Future Scootering, Sunrise Eurobike, Tai Hin). There's another at Eunos Industrial called Mach Speed Motors. And one more shop, Wonderful Motors, located at Macpherson but I've never been there before so I don't know the exact location. Heard many good comments about that shop.

the front brakes on my runner are not working very well.. rear brakes tend to be more bitey, which is kinda weird.. can anyone give me some advice as to what i should do?

1. change to steel braided lines? which brand?

2. change pads? what brand/model is the grippiest?

3. change to braking rotors?

4. re-bleed brake lines

Rough gauge of prices and where to do would be good as well.

Thanks much.

Change to steel braided hose first. You will feel the different.

My gilera vxr have a BIG! problem. when on the road the engine die. start again then die. Finally after 5mins (rest) I can start but I have to wait for 10mins to warm it up then go but only can go as far as 1km then the engine die again!

When to shop they say nothing wrong?

What they have check:

1) Petrol tank - No Water In it!

2) Spark plug - Ok! Gd Condition!

Any ideas what when wrong!?

Please help me out if you have ever face this problem before?

Or any other things to look out for?

Thank you

Eloooo....guys and gals if any,

Unable to start my bike, VXR200, after 3 or 4 days never start. Not even cranking sound. I tried a few stuff to revive my bike. Firstly I find out my batt is totally drain off. So I brought the batt to motor shop to charge. Then I try again on my bike...still unable to start or even crank. I even try to jump start my bike and also unable to crank at all.....Then I try changing my spark plug...still to no avail....

Hmmm.....I'm at lost....Any of u all encounter dis b4??? Can it be the coil or rectifier??? Need your advice....

why dont you guys simply go into the gilera threads an ask all this noob questions or simply read the pages there are so many info there or you can simply post your questions there and i guarantee you will be able to get an answer faster rather than simply opening up another thread.
