Magneto coil cover (chrome with HONDA wording) $45

meter external cover $33 each

meter internal cover $70

headlight outer casing $55

whole headlight assembly around $260

any1 can give infomation on which bikeshops selling DID X ring with honda Sprockets and price? thanks.

 

Aunty at Lavander street has..installation oso..but just about any mototiam have. No such thing as sprocket made by honda..but if it makes you feel comfortable..go to Boon Siew..if they got no stock..they asked you go to "Ever Success" (expensive). Try Chiong Aik or FJT (price never consistent).

Hey guys, Anybody know where to get cheaper new brake disc (Rear) and how much?

you looking for stock (OEM) ones or aftermarket ones? aftermarket can go unique or planet..

oem ones are not cheap.. rough guide for them? at least 100+ to 200? for aftermarket ones, it is less than $100.

Hi guys just to enquire Im gonna buy a S4 soon. The shop is giving me a new pair of pirelli diablo tires. Just wanna ask u guys here who have been riding S4 for some time.Izzit gd and wat is e positive and negative specs abt the tires. Thanks.

1st ride: Yamaha RXZ 135 - 2007 to 2009

 

2nd ride: Honda Super 4 Spec 1 - 2009 till now.....

 

3rd ride: The Speed Demon YZF R1 (06 Model) - 2010 till forever.....

did chain plus normal sprocket about $200 like tt... varies according to workshop..

if u go for AFAM chain then more ex

Here is my take on it. You never get an accurate anwser. Even if there is, each user be comparing of what they had previously and who knows what each used before they use this.

 

Even if its the latest and most expensive tyre of latest model now..just remembered that the promo and review is never S4 tested or near related. The thread design and the compound use may differ for specific use in out kind of tarmac and our high humidity here..so generally, condition and performance usage varies among region. Look for tyre brands that are made for our regional use..not continental, again this is not a must do but a preference. S4 shipped to different part of the world wears different makes and design, that should tell you more or less why. Oso..difeerent S4 model behaves differently..so are the tyres that came stock with it.

 

Best approach is to get the same original brand and design made the day the bike is stock with. It has been tested on the S4 to the utmost in performance and safety in their R&D tracks. Every year there are always new design and what they have to say about their latest..but what is good for the S4..it's a "?" always. Those who say good is because they "think so" out of "felt so" answers mostly..not a "push test" on circuit. If you can get one that off the stock recommendation that has a test report written base on an actual S4 test..than that's okay.

pek, went bikeshop yesterday already. they say the voltmeter cannot connect to battery coz it will on forever. haha. then the fan thing they adjust my rpm lower ask mi try, if stil cannot den they need check thermostat le.

 

anyway any1 know how much is a side stand sensor? mine can engage gear 1 even with side stand down

"they say the voltmeter cannot connect to battery coz it will on forever"...I think all of them don't know what a thing call "Toggle Switch" is.

 

" they adjust my rpm lower"..may help if you do a lot of city riding in start/stop situation but your case is not. Even if it does, iszit a right thing to do to adjusting your idling below specification. Start/go performance is affected.

 

"can engage gear 1 even with side stand down["..nothing is wrong..normal amd believe all bikes can. The sensor is actuall a switch and its for when your side stand is down and in gear, the bike won't start. When you clutch in, then bike can start...correct me if I'm wrong.

haha. i think so too.

 

"start/go performance is affected" means?? they adjust super low for mi ard 1krpm i adjust myself to ard 1.2k coz the bike feels like dying off like tat when i stop. haha

 

oh then nvm coz they say must consult boon siew for price tats y i 1 2 see if any1 happen to know. its ok

anyone how the price or cb400 spec 1 side sand ???

my stand like abit bend liao

 

so if the ground was not very flat .... my bike will be standing like 60degree feels like it will drop anytime =.=

ta200 2003-2007

cb400 spec1 2007-now
