Documentation Fees $80 ( Does boon siew charge this ? )

Transfer fees $11 ( Im guessing they pre register the bike so its under their ownership as of now ? Anyone can enlighten me ? )

Int Rate 4%

Loan Period 5yrs / 60 months

Installment $280/month

 

And if i want it in white its + $300

 

Im 22 this year and since its my first experience getting a first hand bike from a shop, i would like to seek our older bros opinion before committing.

 

Would it be the same if i get it from boon siew directly ? And is the price comparable to l00i's motor ?

so machine price is how much? OTR price is how much?

From my own calculation,

280 x 60 = 16800 ( Total Loan Payments )

16800 = 120% over 5 years

therefore without interest 100% = 14000 ( Actual Loan Amt )

14000 + 1500 = 15500

Since they quoted me the mnthly installments im sure 15500 is otr price ??

 

And apparently the new bike does not come with an IU unit, according to bike prod, i have to install it at vicom my self ?

Is this the SOP for new bikes ?

I'm gonna use it generally for transporting purposes.

A friend did not recommend me a Spec 1, citing fuel consumption reasons etc.

Or should I just go for Spec 3 ?

No Revo for me since I only want bikes on 2nd hand (kinda budget)

neway bro I would suggest u survey wats the price most shops are selling for a similar FBD plate, n perhaps sell it somewhr up to $1k off the price..depending on ur bike condition..IMHO as a buyer i wud consider tat $1k off as a big help on the interest especially if im taking a reloan. jz my 2cts worth..

Checking the price for my Super 4 Spec 3, year of manufacture should be 2005, got it in '06. Mileage quite good since I hardly use it for much till now, letting go because of that and financial issues. I would like to know the possible price I should be letting it go at, advice from others who are currently in the know would be much appreciated since I have been out of this for years. Thanks!

Possible to fetch more than $12K? Rosli bike is 4 years?

 

Even if we take into consideration of new bike $18K, linear depreciation itself will at most valued d bike at $10K; that is d bike must be in very good condition.

 

For those who can afford to pay more than $12K for a 6-year stock bike would be better off purchasing a new revo at 18K.

 

I could b wrong in my assumption.
