sliding means putting spin on ur cue ball, its not the normal shot when u hit dead centre on the cue ball.

 

the proper expression for tis is "english", funny word to use thou

 

wat u described is called shadow by the majority of s'poreans but its real name is "railing shot" :D

i dnt mind gng for the que club, i have membership for it cause of other stuff. but i can't make it on thursday. any other day? anyway the que club only has one pool table & the rest r for snooker :)
