Cannot. Class 4 & 5 can only be learn at Pan Country Driving Centre.

IIRC, it is ard $750.00 for the package but last heard they dun do package anymore.

 

If you've got qualifications below 'O' levels and meet to certain criteria, perhaps you can try applying for CDAC grant.

I do not think there's any age limit on class 4 and 5, juz dat you should not be under P plate.

Enrolment Requirements

 

 

- 21 years old and above based on date of birth

- Physically and mentally fit

- Able to read at a distance of 25 meters and above and not

suffer from colour blindness (single and double sight)

- Driving Licence not accumulate more than 12 demerit

points under Driving Improvement Points System (DIPS)

- Qualified / Provisional Driving Licence not under

revocation, disqualification or suspension period

- Possess a class 3 Singapore Qualified Licence to enrol for

class 4 and a class 5 Licence course respectively

 

 

Enrolment Documents

 

- NRIC or valid passport

- Singapore Qualified Driving Licence & Provisional Driving Licence

- Recent Passport size photograph

- For foreigner

(1) valid work-permit pass stating HEAVY VEHICLE DRIVER

(2) Permanent Residence

Just enrolled class 4 at PCDC, paid about $600+.

They dun have package for 4 & 5 anymore, passed 4 then can take 5.
