It could be burnt wires, spoilt bulb, blown fuse or burnt switch.

This is how you do it.

Open the the switch , connect the live wire to the normal beam light(most probabbly its bring crimped or soldered. A piece of wire can come in handy. Turn on bike. If it lights up, switch spoilt.

If it doesnt.

Check for loose terminals or signs of corroded burnt wires.

If that doesnt fix, replace thewire with copper wires with thicker or same diameter.

If that works, you've saved yourself $50-80 from electrical diagnostics from the mechanic.

Where did you get it installed? The problem is

you did not read the manual or the shop did not bother explaining to you the functions of yhe meter. That indicates that its time to change your EO as how you set it to. Its not indicating that your EO level is low or whatnot.

Oh... so it has nothing to do with the engine oil pressure as compared to cars? I guess its a relief then....ha.. :p So this problem can be DIY when i find the manual? haha....

im using koso meter too. the oil indicator is just an indication to tell u to change ur EO. it depends on ur setting on how many clicks u want to change EO (e.g. i set my meter to change my EO every 2000km, so when it reach 2000km,the indicator will lit up). after changing the EO, u can reset them.

hi there. now i understand. can explain to me how do you change the indicator to change and resetting them? cause when i bought it, the mech says 'you read up and do yourself.'

Press till you see the O and then hold down the button till it blinks and let go. Then hold down the button again till it resets back to whatever mileage you set it to light up. Maybe the mech could not read English? Or just plain lazy.

Hello guys, just bought a second hand spark and i have a question. How to know if i have a stock or modified block and piston? How can i check myself without going to a mechanic? TIA guys!

hey guys, just gotten an x1r not too long ago. bike was on sp carb, racing block and racing cdi. e-start doesnt work and the engine check light is always on.

i change the block and carb back to stock. the engine check light is still on, and e start still doesnt work. how to get rid of the engine checklight and also get the estarter to work? theres a click sound upon pressing the estart. cold start is also quite difficult after i change back to stock block and carb. does changing back to stock cdi helps? thanks!

Problem 1: I'm using led on most parts of the bike, brake light, rear signal, pole, headlight, meter. If I use led on my front signal, when I use my signal light, it will become hazard light, left and right flashing up. It doesn't when I use normal bulb.

Tried multiple led will yield same result. Only by using normal bulb it will flash like normal. I'm already using led relay, and tried 2 different relay, same result.

Problem 2: when I'm using led brake light, when I brake, doesn't matter front or rear brake, my pole and meter will light up. It doesn't when I'm using incandescent bulb. Tried 3 different led, same result. It will only be normal when I'm using incandescent.

Anyone has the slightest idea how to solve this?

Thanks in advance
