even with HRC kit also i dun think can hit 300kmh. i tried joshua's sp1omes with quickshifter, pc3, akra full titanium system, sigma slipper clutch... n the bike is lightened with aluminium wheels, lotsa carbon fiber. maxxed out at abt 280kmh nia...

so many stuff onli can hit 280 nia ah, i thought stock already can make it liao 280...

 

btw i tested my 250+ 6 gear rpm at ard 8k nia, den movin veri slow liao. think is kind of power cut lei.

slow_sp did u test ur top ?

i did try when the bike when it is with a set of moriwaki slip on...it hit around 260....after i mob up the bike...it hit 27plus...... can consider very high for a v twin engine already unless as i say b4.....if u manage to get the full HRC kit...i think it will be possible to hit 300....but for HRC kit...not any tom ###### or harry can get it even if u are freakin rich....

dun bother to find ways lor.....the onli way is full HRC kit as what colin edward use in his WSBK days....(all the stuff in the engine....ECU....wire harness n all the blah blah blah)...got another way n the cheapest way...down ur rear spocket n up ur front spocket....(by how many i dun know...) u may hit 300 on ur speedo this way but other bike is also overtakin u cause ur speedo is way out already...

cos i ever test wif a r1 06 pick up to mid is on par onli when reachin top den kena tear by ard 5 to 6 car length, when we stoped he say he reach the speed of 280+ but my speedo onli 240+ so u think r1 speedo oso way out ?

 

btw other den full system & pc3 did u guys mod ur injecter, high lift cam, valve, valve sping, porting, balance crankshaft conrod all this ?

i did not gib up on the bike....i change my bike bcoz of some other reason....i still miss the sp1....n if u keep insistin that the sp1 can reach 300...i got nothin to say....maybe u can try lookn thru the rc51 forum to get some answer....from what the mob u say....u can try but be prepare to overhual ur engine once in awhile....

You knn, ppl 1000cc lei. Colin edward ride that in SBK and won 2 champion lei.

But colin edward bike is full HRC. but problem is even you strike toto first price, you might not be able to get the part.

Friend, we are not here to add fire or anything. And when did we say , we dun like VTR or dun respect the VTR??? Someone here say or mention something that are near immpossible. And i am just curious to see if the near impossible can be done.

Just like slowSP, he use to ride VTR, and i had ride his bike before and even try to test out the bike to the max on a straight. Maybe i am slow, i cnat even hit 290km/hr with all the mod he got on his VTR. And suddendly, someone here say a stock VTR can hit that speed.

fren u all r fren of slow_sp rite ? btw if u do read my post, u can see i onli mention my bike shop told mi thers a sp1 did hit 290+ wif a veri long distant rd & i din say is a stock model. when i'm tellin honam24 abt pc3 + fully system can hit 300 oso becos i wan him to get a vtr, btw his my fren. on my stock bike when i did a 250+ the rpm is indeed ard 8k, so i assume it might still go till 280 if ther still a long st for mi to go. if u guys say makin it 300 is not possible den juz leave it, i did say i will find out if it can b done anot. if relli cannot ther's nth i can do oso. 250kmph PG conner i cannot.
