I duuno abt commando, last time I infantry but normally first 2 weeks need to stay in and only allowed to book out on the 3rd week. Confinement is only for those who kana punishment.

After the 3rd week every weekend also can book out unless you kana extra duty like guard duty or sign 'extra' means punishment and confine in the camp.

I installed it for looks not sure about the rest, and I dun think Ah Boy's engineers will consider aerodynamics for their product.

LOL..

other than aerodynamics, maybe it helps to prevent stones flying up hitting the engine? no idea.. i want to install it just for looks only.

On the looks part i agree la. But i think i won't install. Cos if u install some heat will be trapped inside. cos lesser wind will be hittng the engine.

But the stones hitting engine...heard this alots of times...i really think it does no harm at all. Cos going at 100+ those small stones hit u most to most u will jus go OUCH!. They won't even cause u to bleed or wat. Engine made of metal leh.

I have a friend who skidded on his XJR going at ard 120. Engine cover kenna screcth badly but still due to the impact didn't damaged the engine or wat.

So i was jus qurious la. Is it cos of looks or got some technical reasons...over the last yr or so i have noticed tht trend of installing bellypans has been increasingly becoming popular.

ya i mean its not to the extent where u can feel it. But naturally if the engine shld be better cooled or cooled faster if its completly exposed compare to a one in a bellypan?

maybe i thinking jus kaisu la.

:btw: do u have a temperature gague?

so far haven't seen any bike installing it (unless have already), normally ppl install volt metre only.

There are holes for the wind to go through the belly pan, come to think of it LAB's engineers not so stupid afterall.

No temp gauge on my bike.

There used to be a guy who installed a PC temp gauge to the radiator to monitor the coolant temp.

Digital one 20 bucks, some back lane shop in Sim Lim Sq, 2nd floor.

0 - 100 degrees, 1 second refresh. But ley chey part is the 3v button cell.

Unless you wan to modify to put a 12v to 3v convertor.

I'm using one on my car now, haven't do the mod yet, so every few mths change battery.

PM me if you need help.
