Hi, is there any kind soul to let me test his bandit400 CDI? i go over to ur place swap CDI to start my bike... Wanna check is my CDI's lifespan is due... Just take about 5mins... i'll go over to your place... Simple job... Patrick 97684099

PROBLEM is not serious, if it can be solved with MONEY ... the PROBLEM comes when you have NO MONEY

An Update- recently i drop by Loois Motor and there were few new models of the Suzuki Bandit 1250s. The one he displayed was a Blue in colour. He told me that he has a few more in different colour available right away. He even told me that the Bandit price has gone up a lot and that he has put a price tag of at least 20K on it O.T.R which i seriously find it over priced.

 

For those who have not ridden the Bandit yet, This bike is a a pure bred beast. this bike just blast even in 6th gear at as low as 3,000 RPM. Simple yet astonishing.

oh ya hey anyone have this strange sound from their bandit 400 p? when i warm my bike up and rev it slightly to 1.5k it has ticking, its a strange rustling sound cra- cra -crac. its soft but audible.

 

and my idling is not very consistent always floats around the 1k sometimes 900 and sometimes 1.1k , sometimes over and sometimes under.

 

i wonder if i need valve clearance? scary, hear it costs a bomb. will pop by to planet motor end of the month so have a checky checky.

 

but 6 months with my bandit so far and i only did regular maintenance... and no bombs on repair yet ....has the time come!?
