Hi everybody! Any one riding a Bandit 1200S?

Im considering a 1997 blue Bandit 1200S @ $3800 with 88,000km mileage. Engine is smooth. But i still considering buying cos its too rare in S'pore and scared parts are hard to find, which i have to order and will cost a bomb. had such experience on a ZX11. Though comments are 1200S has a reliable engine but duno le...

Any advice? Thanks!

FL 9xxx is Bandit P or V? What is a reasonable price? Still wondering to change to Bandit or not. What are the things to look out for in a Bandit? How to check for pink of health? One of my worries is hard to sell off next time. Advice anyone?

NTUC gave me a slightly lower quote for 3rd party over Mitsui. But the 2nd party is ~$250 cheaper!!! Couldn't get through to AXA. could it be cheaper?

Its a P model just like mine. Reasonable price depend on condition one hard to tell u. But i can tell u i bought at 1450 and my neighbour bought at 1500. His come with box, mine dun.

When u buy ask him hows the consumption liow. Get someone experience to go with u n check stuff like spark plug condition to see engine condition.

Mileage wise i got mine when its 97 000+ so ur 88 000 still reasonable la...lucky number oso hahah

Insurance mine is bout 260+ NTUC after NCD n 10% extra discount because i had other NTU insurance more than 3 years...something like tht la..

i asked some agent b4, for 3rd party nothing comes cheaper than NTUC..2nd party not too sure though.

:goodluck: mate

if u nit help u know the number to call :D
