This one look like NSR400.

yes.. squint at the pic.. and what do u see at the left corner.. thats what i;m doing at the moment....

 

custom fabricating a set of exhaust for the vmax. going for the configuration of 4-2-1. TRI-Y collectors canibalized from a set of arrow headers.. haha headers are not welded fully yet.. jus tack welded in oplace.

 

exhaust enthusiast and gurus please feel free to shoot. if u think i got things wrong. then i can make the changes in time. my research is aimed towards achieving low-mid range torque/ power. since i aint got the balls to wack at high speed... i jus wanna play with pick up. so pipes are sporting (can i say small?) 34mm interior diameter primaries which gradually bore out to a 38mm pipe. pipes merge at the a 4-2-1 TRI - Y collector...siad to boost low-mid range.. and i plan to fix a carbon muffler behind.. undecided on the make and model.

 

so here goes.. this is jus the collector with all the pipes tacked in place leading to the individual exhaust ports... too much words here already... LET THE RIOT BEGIN...

bear in mind vmax is a V4 engine... i had to wreck my brains figuring out how to get the primaries to a somewhat equal length... the end product after mock up is that all are with in 80-90com long... the little difference in length should be negligable...

very comfy wearing shorts , air keep blowing in.. hahahgetting used riding with legs open wide... but im stil la GUY !

 

Xiled, i shld go dwn ur place c c ur bikes since we stay so near.. hahah..

 

wanna have more FEEL on custom bikes.
