total time spent - 3 weeks

 

as promised, here are the set of completed headers for my max. 4-2-1 ... still havent found my end can... gonna give the pipes a good rub.. then let it discolour uniformly by itself.. these pipes are handmade... i'm gonna show the welds as it is .. jus to prove its hand made.. hahahha

 

i couldnt get all the 4 pipes to be of equal length.. but i managed to get the front 2 within a difference of 2 inches and the rear 2 about the same.. difference by a few cm...

 

re did my research and found that pipe length is an overhyped condition that ppl "MUST" achieve when doing custom fabrication.. its only very impt when the engine is an in-line engine or when u are building race machines where every pony counts. for V4 engines the differences in length does not matter too much due to the different firing sequences.

 

havent tested the bike yet.. will bring it for dyno to get some results.. not too soon though.. needa work on my wheels now.. keke..

haha with abit of patience.. it can be done la.. i was also forced by circumstances to do this.. no choice.. i'm crazy but i got no money... no dough to jus buy and buy and do up the bike.. so i was "forced" to make my own pipes.. hyahaha. its a poor mans pipe!!!

haha seriously if u like i that much, go get a dragstar man.. i'll sell u the parts lol!! its jus sitting there in the carpark.. i'm letting the bike down big time.

 

now its just vmax... making a swingarm for it ..will post up pics soon.. it will rock your socks off.. RIOTs chop of gaurantee. :p
