A great place for chilling out, a restaurant owned by a biker with bikers in mind.

The food is halal, coz the chef is an Iranian who goes by the name of Jeff (his real name is a mouthful to pronounce!!). The owner personally buys seafood for his restaurant to ensure freshness from Muar.

Tashi, I have conveyed your specific dishes requests to Pirate Lim and he has written it down to pass to Jeff.

 

I told him that there should be about 8 of us.. plus minus 1. Not a problem though.. since I have already given him a heads up... adding a few more guys is not really a problem to the Iranian cook.

 

We are meeting at GP Esso by 7.30 and probably leave before 8 pm. Told him to expect us between 8 to 8.30pm.

 

And yeah guys... this ain't no exclusive CBR outing, all makes and cc are welcomed to join us... and yeah the restaurant also serve sphagetti and western food.

So much for that idea.

As I got on the SLE towards Woodlands... I saw the front edge of the "Angin Barat". The western wind. A squall line of storm clouds marching towards Singapore and Johore... moving in from the SW. Did a U turn and came home.

I am crazy about going to the track.. but am not THAT crazy.

 

The front has now passed over Singapore and moving towards Johor... slowly shutting out the morning sun.

 

Standby for at least 2 - 3 hours of rain. Strangely I find that the strong winds that usually precede these storms missing.

Hmmmm... it cleared up faster than expected.

Called up PG.. they say there was no rain there.....If I leave now, I could try the 12 noon slot.
